I love how you accurately described the modern problems that I face too! I am bi and I am a quarter indian, so I get some backlash sometimes. Ur valid and I support ur opinion 100%!!! <3
hello & welcome to ywp!! there's already lots of answers for you on this thread haha but i'll add my own!
no, ywp is for any kind of writing and any kind of art!! a lot of people on here love to write and read poetry. I do, so I post a lot of poetry but I also post essays and short stories and photographs. you can post whatever writing and/or art you would like to share on here! we'll read, comment, and support whenever you do
First I think this is gorgeous just the way it is but, I took it and made it flow and rhyme a bit better if your interested. I'm absolutely no poet but, I love rhyming.
You're not alone in feeling this way! At the end of the day, though, we have to do what we gotta to take care of ourselves. Please remember it's okay to take a break, take time to yourself, and not follow societies expectations every single moment! From personal experience I know that's hard, but trust me the cycle can be broken!
Okay, I love the title. The direct translation is "Think on the Cauliflower" and I thought hm I must be reading that wrong. I am in fact not lol. This is such a fun poem and I love the final line, I don't think you should change it! Good job!!
I definitely feel the same. It's hard for me to feel satisfied after I achieve something; I always have to move onto the next. It's very hard to balance between school work and other parts of my life. One piece of advice I got is to track my achievements. Every time I complete a goal write it down and celebrate.
