I agree with Sawyer, this is phenomenal! Even if you don't have time for Etsy, you should hold onto this idea to make holiday/greeting/birthday cards or presents, it's the perfect size!
This gladdened my OWN heart, made me feel committed to my own growth and positivity and progress as well. Your poetry always has a way of lifting the spirits of its readers.
You may be growing up, but childhood is not over yet! Some might say it never truly has to be over. Do your best to cling on to both the whimsical side of yourself and whatever ferociousness for life you felt as a younger kid -- it'll serve you well in adult life, I promise!
This resonates with me, having that one special, private place where you can reliably go to think things through and ponder the greater questions of life. Even if the thoughts turned over in your mind don't necessarily come from the brightest of moods. I know that fatigue in some form or another is affecting most of us right now, as winter sets in, and our futures feel uncertain. But tell your character, or yourself, not to give up on that great mind just yet!
I'm not sure what it's called but it's the same sort of material used for print stamps. Not wood block. I have thought about selling on Etsy, but I don't have time with school. I'm glad you like it, thanks:)
This is freaking phenomenal!!! My roommate is an art major and they are also working with printmaking. Did you use wood carving or something of the sort to make this?? Also, are you going to make an Etsy to sell? You totally should. I would love to see more on YWP if you continue to work with it!
Aw thank you! Your comment made me smile so wide lol <3
OMG!! I love this poem so much! You convey such vivid and heart-wrenching images here. :)
TSYM! You, too.

This is cute and hilarious and done so well! The lettering drawn out in ketchup or BBQ sauce adds another laugh.
