This is remarkably sweet! I enjoyed hearing about all the fun you wound up sharing together over the years. The last line did me in: "Because you were THE friend," like the friend you were always meant to have!
Haha, they're all a bit grumpy, huh? I don't blame Maple, but I was surprised that even Pine doesn't trust humans in your world! I guess we don't have the best track record...
I'm so happy you submitted these together! The first gives us a laugh, the second is filled with warmth, and the last one expresses vulnerability. All together, they give so many angles of the experience of sisterhood, which I always love to read about because I don't have a sister, myself!
I swear to you, before I noticed your hand, I really thought this was a photograph for a second! The job you did on the plastic, making it shine in all the right places, is just wild!
That’s exactly how I was picturing it! I almost wrote it into the piece at first. Honestly, I think your way of holding the baggage is one of the healthiest, but it’s different for everybody.
This is so good! I'm gonna be thinking about this for hours now...why do I feel like this takes place in an airport setting? I think I'm one of the people that lets others know how heavy my load is, setting free my own baggage, and helping them slip their straps off their shoulders so I can walk them to their gate.

I tried, but they never turned out well, probably because I like using hot glue a lot which doesn't really work in miniature!
Love it! The pattern especially. My mom makes her own miniature scenes too. Did you ever try adding in little props or people?

Same. Keeper of the Lost Cities is one of the only series I have the entire series of.
Thank you! It really struck me when I saw it how calming and coordinated the colors were.
