The feeling of the warm breeze

As the trees begin to die

And the red bleeds into the sky

As the icebergs melt and cry

The skies that were blue

And then there were two, 

Sitting on a bench by the bus stop.

Waiting.

Watching.

Two kids - teenagers - then young adults.

On different sides of the same story.

One representing tails

Back to school

Isn't back to school anymore

But it feels like it is.

It started a month ago

A month and one week ago

And still it feels like the first day.

I came from sixth grade. 

It's the 5th time

You've exploded

All because I didn't agree

With you

Each time

I would sit

Confusion clouding my brain

What did I do?

At first I would try

To apologize

The sky was red. 

Okay maybe it wasn’t completely red. 

Kinda orange. 

A scene from "Dune" when you think about it. 

Just bizarre. 

Hand in hand we walked down the path, littered with colorful leaves. A gust of wind swirled the leaves around us. Encompassing us in our own little world. I looked up, the trees bent over us with shades of red, orange and yellow.
