I was introduced to Anya Taylor-Joy through "The Queen's Gambit," which is one of my favorite series to date. Since then, I have been a huge fan of anything she's acted in, especially her horror and fantasy movies.

A confusing theory,  luck and fairness are. It's not fair if you're lucky  (to someone else) and to you it's not fair if you're unlucky. Luck means different things to different people.

People have been trying to advance for as long as men and women were created. Advancing would make everything easier, advancing would give us more opportunities, and advancing would save us.

Dear 8 year old me

In early February of 2024, gang violence in Haiti's capital, Port-au-Prince, escalated to levels so high that now nearly 80% of the capital city is under gang rule.

Why not?

"That shirt is cute! It's super cheap!" Says the girl at the mall. 

“Oooh, I love this, what a steal!" Says the girl thrifting a few months later.

Why do things happen, why do things not happen? Why do good things happen, Why do bad things happen? Those are some of the biggest questions ever asked. There never will be a good answer but we all are doing our best to figure out.

Imagine if emotional baggage looked physical.

For anyone who's been thinking about Valentine's day, or not, I just wish so much that for once I could get someone to like me back. But then do I? It's fine to be single and I'm fine being single, but I hate being called single.
