This is so clever, the use of Autumn, as a girl's name, being used for a character in conjunction with the references to the season. The themes of loss and inevitable change (like the evanescence of fall) come through strongly and tie the whole thing together.
There's something so cathartic about acquiescing to a strong emotion, even when that emotion brings us great pain. Finally we can process it and release the tension that's built over time, and allow for something new to blossom inside of us. It sounds like you're hurting, for which I'm very sorry, but I'm glad to hear the acceptance of that hurt has brought you a measure of peace as well.
I dont have any in particular, but if you Google “youth writing contest”, you’ll find lots of results. Just be sure to read the fine print, as some may want to keep the copyright to your work.
Fellow freshmen here, I know other people said this but enter contests! Even if you don't win there's no harm in trying! I recently also joined my school's writing club, if your school has one I really recomend it. It's pretty low commitment and you'll learn about some great opportunities. Check YWP news too, they share some cool contests and stuff there.

Thank you!
Thank you!
This poem is so hauntingly beautiful! I love the way you described the amber, capturing a feeling of autumn in such a creative way!
The imagery in this poem is fantastic! You captured the feeling of fall in such beautiful way. Good job!
