It's finally what I've waited for,
Right in front of me.
Given in my hands like a trophy,
Congratulating my painful struggles.
I thought it would be better,

of friendships and heartbreak,

I stare at my ceiling,
Blank, white, boring.
The rain is pouring,
Loud, hard, sad.
The paint is peeling,
Cracks upon cracks,
The rain is still pouring,

never tempt fate,
it'll get you nowhere.
i've spent hours,
trying to get rid of my destiny.
i'm tired of pretending
that it's not right there,

Light through the darkness
The pitch black void in my heart,
Never full, never satisfied.
Until I found you
A feeling I don't know arose within me,
A feeling of satisfaction.
For once I felt full, it was enough,
You are enough.

Breathe
Breathe- My body is shaking, my mind is racing with uncontrollable thoughts, I just can't breathe. I look and there it is, the door.
