A Story So Grand
A Story So Grand
I have sat and stayed this way, wrongly accepting that there’s not much that I can change.
However, recently, I have come to see
that life is a chronicle
and you have to compile the moments that define you.
And seconds and minutes might not feel like much,
but my dear, that’s because you have to add them up.
Write it out, each important fleeting time
because you have to make them listen.
And perhaps if you make a tale so grand,
it will be told after your own end.
Because in the end we all become stories
and I want mine to be told with glory.
