Poems from Third Grade
Usually my poetry
sucks
and it will often be horrible
but that may just be my poems from
3rd grade
where we were learning online
and no one had any secrets in their family.

Oh Carbine Cows Come Home
There's a haze out in the meadow before the cattle graze,
settled slow and clean and shining like a glaze, the cattle move on in as the dew begins to dry,
the haze clears up fast like a tear in the eye. -
Forgers of Hephaestus
smack crack whack
the clinking clanking sound of hammer hitting anvil
the hiss of a fire, the crackle of the coals

The Night is Crying

The sky is torn and shredded
The night is crying
