Tinted Glass

We peeled off the label, but glue still clung to our tinted glass walls.
Overthinking every movement and all our silent brawls.
You didn't break my heart, you only broke my mind.
Trying to look for pieces we may have left behind.
I wish I was able to see you clearly.
Then you might not have left, or missed me so dearly.
It's our own fault, no one else is to blame.
But through tinted glass, I don't know your name.
