With her first day at the school, she slid open to door to a completely silent classroom. Some students were sleeping and some were writing and some just looked as if they were in another world. But who was to complain, she knew she had to do something as she walked though the halls. This place needed some life, anyone would go insane in this mundane background. This place needed smiles, everyone either appeared depressed or indifferent. This place needed the personality of Ms. Monty to heal this dullness and boredom. And she promised to make her English class, the one class every single student looked forward to. When the door slid again and the lock sounded, only a couple of students raised their heads, to see who'd entered, and as for the rest, they could have cared less.
"Good morning class, I'm Jeanel Monty and I am going to be your new English teacher." She grinned, trying to see the souls in their eyes as they all said, "Good morning, Ms. Monty," in perfect sync. It kind of scared her, in fact it scared her a lot. Not even her brother's temper tantrums from Hell, frightened her as much. One could only guess that their previous instructor was really terrible to them. Jeanel continued speaking, "Well, I don't want you guys to feel uncomfortable around me, so this will be a free day. I just ask you to be constuctive with your time. If I get fired on my first day... I don't know how I'm going to live. I just want to let you all know that I'm a pretty chill lady. So, I'll be crushing those old rules you're accustomed to and rewriting them to make them more exciting," she twirls her hair around her finger, her eyes glistening as she smiles.

Confession
"Selia?" Still facing the window, I open one of my eyes, and sighed at the acknowledgement of my own name. I turned toward him. "What do you want? To annoy me? Or--" He exhaled deeply. "My apologies, for my behavior earlier this morning. -
