Ahh mm, I actually find your musings on the passage of Time to be very astute! Many of these thoughts cross many our minds at some point, in some way, and can give us pause. It really is true, the weight we place on birthdays, and our willingness for them to propel us into a newer or more (enter adjective here) version of ourselves more or less overnight. And when we discover that's not the case, it can bring disappointment. That you are already reframing the way you interpret your birthday and interpret your year, and how you hope to go about collecting cherished memories in the future, put a smile on my face. I could learn something from you!
Ooo that's an interesting discussion to have and a cool quote. Would have to side with you on this but my knowledge of the entire topic is very limited haha

And happy belated birthday, Sayornis!

Yes! I'll also picture everything so vividly I'll forget I read something and be like 'I watched that book the other day'
Hi Penelope! We're working on it!
Sometimes! Also, my dad has gotten angry before when he talks to me but I can't hear, because I'm too immersed in my book ^^"
Of course!
Some days are just awful, unfortunately. I hope you can make it through the bad days and thrive in the good ones.
Sometimes I do, usually to try to gain inspiration from the music.
I read The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller and it's also really good! She's a great storyteller.
Thank you so much, and some days just go to shit.
I also like The Secret History!
