This is a story I wrote at school in my writer's notebook before COVID happened. The story is complete fiction and has nothing to do with real-life reality and health. Do not think I am crazy considering how weird this story is... 

we talk with our gingered words,
telling them what to do or say.

they respond with their gingered words,
not knowing how to do or say.

Oh no here we are COVID sucks so yeah. Why now? stuff was happening but COVIDHAPPENED!!!

we were an island.
all fit together...

then suddenly we broke.
COVID 19, tore us apart...

floating islands.
of our families...

don't you want to float together?
if we had each other...

what would we say?

I have had just a change.
I'm still me...
but I'm a girl.
That is just a change.

I am a trans kid ready for the world.
Middle school I shall stab with
my fighting sword.

My friends will be my cavalry,
