Thanksgiving is here, here at last This crazy year has not gone fast But when I ponder, stop, and think This year really didn't stink Time with family, lots of love This slow of time was a gift from above I'm thankful for my loved ones and thankful for their health When people are well it is better than wealth The virus has brought out all of the giving And that is the best way to really be living Much is different with holidays this year But that can't rob us of our cheer But with all the good, lets not forget Some are alone and full of fret So let's help others and touch their hearts Send some letters, make some cards So before you focus on what is lost All the things that covid has cost, Look around, and smile, and pray And wish each other a happy Thanksgiving day
Thankful Thoughts

Windows, Glass, and Missing the Past
You never think about windows when you have the option to go outside. But lately, windows are all some people have. This pandemic has everyone trapped, and inside each window is a different view. -
Rhyme Time
Spring is coming bright and new
So how come people seem so blue?
The air smells warm and almost sweeter,
But this crazy world just seems to teeter.
On a normal year we'd all make plans,
On a normal year the trees would dance. -
