Poet Fool Lover King

What do you see
When you look at me?
Head, shoulders, knees and toes
Perhaps a poet 
Feasibly a fool
Possibly a lover
Conceivably a king
Peradventure a page
Mayhaps you see my reflection
Creeping up behind you
To gift a savory kiss goodnight
You see a person
Unequivocally 
Why?
Why don't you see a werewolf
A vampire
The wisp of a ghost
Maybe I'm translucent
And you can put your hand right through me
Why do you assume I am flesh and blood
That I have the same strange wiring as the rest of 
You
Why can't I be something remarkable
Stitched up in this simple suit
