Perspective

I look around me
and I see
people
who look like they know
exactly what they're doing
and I feel
embarrassed
ashamed that I'm not
as confident
as prepared
as good
as everybody else

I look at you
you're living your best life
you have tons of friends
and your grades are good
and you always dress
like you're at a party
and I feel
inferior
but you look at me
and you see the same things
and you wonder
how I manage everything
with seemingly little effort

Isn't that odd? 
It all really depends
on your perspective
and how deep you delve
beneath the surface
of the mind
