Marty the Cat

Marty is an indoor cat. He could never go outside and he couldn't if he tried. He doesn't have enough courage to go out into the world and meet other animals and creatures; he is too afraid. Marty lives the dream life in a big mansion with TikTok influencers. But he always longed to leave the house and explore. 

One of his favorite people is Kenzie. She buys him toys and he sleeps in her bed. She is who he's going to miss the most. He has been here since she was born. It's his home but he feels like he's been here forever trapped with no way out. He wants to get out but he's too afraid. He feels like he is stuck in a loop like his life is a film on repeat over and over again. 

He's planning his escape, no more excuses. The doors are always open he just never goes outside. If he leaves it doesn't mean he'll never come back, he just wants the experience. He's doing it. He sees the way out. He's going to make a run for it. Before he knows it, he sees the sunlight. He feels like a bird just learning to fly. He feels free.
