Francis was a time traveler born in 1900. He found an old lantern in his parents attic at the age of seven. It was in an old wood crate that had nothing but the lantern in it. He picked up the lantern, brought it to his room and set it on his desk. That's where it would sit for ten years until he finally found a use for it. It was pitch black outside when he heard a noise. He Quickly ran to grab the lantern. But when he lit the lantern it warped him to the future. He looked around and saw cars driving through the New York streets, people in odd fashion that he found awful and when he looked up he saw the tallest building he had ever seen. He was so confused he ran to the nearest person and asked them where he was. The person said “Well you're in New York ol chap”. Then Francis saw a car roll past and asked the man “what year is it”. The man said “Well it’s 1934’’. Francis Then turned the lantern on again repeating in his head “Bring me back to 1917”. To his surprise he was teleported back to his room on his bed where he quickly put the lantern down and went to bed. Francis would spend the rest of his life traveling through multiple centuries to collect the greatest artifacts he could find until he died. But before he died he threw the now antique lantern off the roof of his home to ensure no one else could use it.
