Death's River

Death’s River

Cool, Cool water

Trickling down the bank

Souls drifting slowly

Death’s River

Souls finding their

New homes

Losing their old

Daily, souls come

Down from the villages

Dead. Dead. Dead.

Death’s River

Flows through the east

Ending at the west

Giving no hope to those

Who protest

Souls from long

Long times ago

Drifting slowly

Creaking of crows,

Now down through

The open gates into

A trap of death

Death’s River

Anyone who goes

May take their final

Breath

i'd like to have thing figured out

    will it be too much?
    geo 2, double science, p.e
    i've planned it all out

    but what of my friends
    and the decay of aging

From outside the tank, through crimson red glass framed by dark metals, you could see a face. It was a fair face, one of charm and prominence. The body looks gelatinous, as if the weeks of incubation and chemicals had smoothed it down.
