One wolf,
Howls into the night,
Not afraid of anything.
Lifting its head to the Moon it lets out a mourning call.
All around it,
Other wolves gather.
Their coats gleaming in the moonlight.
They too, call to the moon.
The pups crawl out of there dens and join,
Trying to form words,
A howl,
A bark,
A shriek.
Each wolf, different from the last lets out a long cry,
To the Moon.
