Do you ever feel like a flower in the sun?
You’re sitting in water, your leaves soaked,
your face is to the sky, and your petals stretch.
You feel it on your face like a warm kiss
and let it hit you like rain falling from a cloud. -

We were kids then
when I saw you first
and we still are just that,
kids,
but we're older
and we've bloomed
into red chrysanthemums.
Your petals spiral
like looking into a vortex,
a Fibonacci sequence -
The Turn of The Wheel
This Beltane will be lively.
The rain may come down,
but it will only water
the thirsty soil
and we will pick the flowers
and weave them together
into lovely crowns.
We will dance
and weave the ribbon -
