Winter in the Forest
The wind whistles through the trees as I step over logs and branches
Delicately stomping over poison ivy and fallen leaves
I walk
And the trees follow my footsteps
Branches shaking
Trunks shifting -
Snow!
Snow, Snow Snow, how much farther can we go into the
Snow, Snow, Snow, how beautifully you fall
Snow, Snow, Snow, from a magnificent winters ball
Snow, Snow, Snow, you go to rest with ease -
Climbing Tree
The old tree rests its aching branches
A creamy color, pieces of chocolate brown bark scarcely covering the branches
The first branch is six feet up
I remember when I was six, I would hug the tree and pull myself up -
Clover:)
The first time I saw Clover was in a picture. Since we had been added to the past fosters list we got first pick on puppies. We fell in love immediatly with her chocolate fur, warm hazel puppy eyes, and marshmallow sprinkled belly. She was adorable! -
Volcano
Heat spreads across the ground singing my sneakers, and smoldering. I am currently a quarter mile from the base of the volcano, I have time. Running I look desperately around for my parents, they are nowhere to be seen. -
Colorado home
The room starts at the back corner of the couches and ends at the T.V and dining room table. In the back right corner, there is a security camera.
