When I meditated, I thought about when I met my nephew for the first time. It was when I was 10 years old.  When he was born I had an appointment with a doctor so I got to go see him when I was done. He was very tiny.

Well, the word boost means like to lift someone up. To me that means that I  cheer someone up. I cheered up my sister at school. She was crying because our best friend moved away to poultney.
